Livelihood Fund. - There is hereby established a City of Malabon Livelihood Fund which shall be used to finance entrepreneurial and other livelihood programs as may be formulated by the corresponding city officials. For this purpose, the sangguniang panlungsod shall allocate the amount of Two million pesos (P2,000,000) in the annual budget of the City, which amount shall be subject to review and adjustment by the sangguniang panlungsod every five (5) years. Such fund shall be administered by the city cooperatives officer, in close coordination with the Office of the City Mayor.
