The district engineering office in the Province of Misamis Oriental and the City of Cagayan de Oro shall be reconstituted as follows: (1) the sub-district engineering office located in Gingoog City shall be upgraded into a regular district engineering office and shall be known as the First District Engineering Office; (2) the Misamis Oriental District Engineering Office shall be relocated from Cagayan de Oro City to the Municipality of El Salvador and shall be known as the Second District Engineering Office; and (3) the sub-district engineering office in Cagayan de Oro City shall likewise be upgraded into a regular district engineering office and shall be known as the Cagayan de Oro City District Engineering Office.
