The First District Engineering Office shall comprise the City of Gingoog and the municipalities of Magsaysay, Medina, Talisayan, Balingoan, Kinoguitan, Sugbongcogon, Binuangan, Lagonglong, Salay and Balingasag. While the Second District Engineering Office shall comprise the municipalities of Jasaan, Claveria, Villanueva, Tagoloan, Opol, El Salvador, Alubijid, Laguindingan, Gitagum, Libertad, Initao, Naawan, Manticao and Lugait. The Cagayan de Oro City District Engineering Office shall comprise the City of Cagayan de Oro.
