The personnel, resources and equipment of the existing Misamis Oriental District Engineering Office shall be divided between the two (2) district engineering offices in accordance with existing laws and regulations; while the Cagayan de Oro District Engineering Office shall retain the existing personnel, resources and equipment of the sub-engineering office.
