Appropriations. - The sum of Ten billion nine hundred million pesos (P10,900,000,000.00) is hereby approriated to supplemet the FY 2001 Budget for the following purposes:

Upgrading of Salaries for PNP
Uniformed Personnel pursuant to Republic Act No. 8551-Phase ll

Philippine Veterans Affair Office
Increase in Pensions of Veterans
Pursuant to Republic Act Nos. 6948 and 7696

Support Fund
D.Miscellaneous Personnel4,150,000,000.00
Benefits Fund (MPNF)
Deficiency in Salaries and Related Benefits For New Positions Created in
FY 2000; Increase in overnment Share in Health and Insurance Premiums (Medicare) from P450 to 750 per Employee under Republic Act No. 7875; Additonal Requirements for PNP - Early Retirement under Republic Act No. 8551; and Retirement Benefits.
