Section 16Sec./Art. 16

All assets, fixed and movable, personnel and records of the Negros Occidental Agricultural College, as well as liabilities or obligations, are hereby transmitted to the State College: Provided, however, That the positions, rights and security of tenure of personnel therein employed under existing laws prior to its conversion to a state college are not impaired: Provided, further, That the incumbents of the positions shall remain under the same status until otherwise provided for by the Board.
