The Chairperson. - The Chairperson shall be the Chief Executive Officer and shall exercise overall administrative supervision to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the policies laid down by the Council. The Chairperson shall have the same rank and salary of an Undersecretary of a Department as provided for in the Salary Standardization Law.
