Records Management Audit. - The executive director shall conduct a periodic inspection of the records holdings of the National Archives and of other government offices, whether national or local. All heads of each government office, whether national or local, shall have the duty to grant access to all of its records for audit purposes. Records found not included in above-said office's records disposition schedule shall be entered in Form 2 for approval of the National Archives.
Such audit shall be conducted after five years from the date of effectivity of this Act and thereafter.
