Qualification and/or Appointment of Executive Director and Deputy Executive Directors. - No person shall be appointed or designated as executive director and deputy executive directors of the National Archives of the Philippines unless he/she possesses the following minimum qualifications: a Filipino citizen, of good moral character, and of unquestionable integrity, a holder of a master's degree in history, political science, public administration/government management, library science, information management or similar fields of study and ten (10) years of actual experience in records management and archives administration in the case of the executive director and five years experience in the case of the deputy executive directors.
