Validity Before Filing. - Upon the establishment of a recording system in accordance with the provisions of this Act, no document affecting the title to or any interest in such registered aircraft, aircraft engines, propellers, appliances, or spare parts shall be valid except as between the parties thereto, unless the document is registered in such recording system.
