Previously Unrecorded Ownership. - Applications for the issuance or renewal of an airworthiness certificate for aircraft whose ownership has not been recorded as provided in this Act shall contain such information with respect to the ownership of the aircraft as the Director General shall deem necessary to show who have property interests in such aircraft and the nature and extent of such interest.
