Power of the Authority to Investigate Violations. - Correlative to the provisions of Section 36 of this Act, the Director General at his own volition, or at the instance of a private person, or upon the initiative of the Board, may conduct investigations based on the procedures that the Board may prescribe and using the Rules of Court as its suppletory guidelines.
