Power to Direct an Immediate Halt to an Offending Practice. - The Director General, after due investigation conducted, may issue a cease and desist order directing an air carrier(s) to immediately cease any practice found to be in violation of the provisions of this Act. Such order shall be without prejudice to the civil or criminal prosecution of persons or individuals found to be involved in practices prohibited under Chapter XI of this Act.
