Relationship with Local Government Units. - Except as herein provided, the Municipality of Mariveles in the Province of Bataan shall operate and function in accordance with the Local Government Code of 1991. In case of any conflict between the AFAB and the local government units (LGUs) and the National Government (NG) on matters affecting the FAB other than defense and security matters, the decision of the AFAB shall prevail.
