Organizational Structure. - The Chairperson shall determine the organizational structure, staffing pattern and pay scales of the Authority subject to existing civil service and compensation laws. The Chairperson may reorganize the Authority and may create or abolish divisions, units or branches therein as the exigencies of the affairs of the Authority may require.
