Coverage. - The Authority shall cover all the provinces and cities of Regions IX,
X, XI, XII, Caraga and Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM): Provided, That the Province of Palawan shall be included in its coverage only as it pertains to its involvement in the BIMP-EAGA.
