Principal Office and Term. - The Authority shall have its main office in Maramag, Bukidnon. It may establish area management offices (AMOs), if necessary, to achieve the objectives of this Act. The Authority shall also have a term of fifty (50) years from the effectivity of its Act and renewable for the same period unless otherwise provided by law.
